​DKN Paramedical Services is owned and managed by Deborah K. Neiser. Ms Neiser is a Medical Assistant who started doing insurance exams in the late 1970's. She was employed as a Supervisor at PMI, the second largest insurance paramedical vendor until January 1983. After leaving her employer she decided to become an Independent Contractor servicing the insurance industry under World Wide Health Services. Deborah K. Neiser, is still an Independent Contractor and is the owner of ExamOne World Wide in Allentown, PA, which is an affiliate office of ExamOne with a branch number of 823. Ms. Neiser also owns DKN Paramedical Services, which she officially established in 2007.

The majority of the insurance services that are completed are processed through ExamOne. As an affiliate office, she also coordinates wellness events and drug collections for Quest Diagnostics through employer solutions for ExamOne out of Lenexa, Kansas. All of the independent DNA collections and testing, urine, hair, and saliva collections and testing are processed through DKN Paramedical Services. DKN Paramedical Services also completes specialty blood draws, DOT and Non-DOT drug testing at our office. Both businesses are located in the same office in the Liberty Square Medical Center Building in Allentown. She has operated this business at this location since 1991.  At present the combined businesses have five employees. She has 3 employees that can do exams in the office and also handle customer service and office responsibilities. She has a Sales Representative that markets for ExamOne and DKN Paramedical Services.  ExamOne currently has over 50 independent contracted examiners that perform insurance services and or wellness events as needed. All employees and contractors are drug tested and credentialed and have background checks on file. All examiners and staff are trained and certified for all collections and testing. The Allentown office covers 14 counties in Northeastern Pennsylvania. DKN Paramedical Services and ExamOne offer professional and confidential services.
